Using +ve
How do Moments arrive?
+ve sends a quiet notification inside the windows you chose: morning, midday, evening, or “Surprise me”. Notifications are silent by design. You can also open the app at any time to read today’s Moments, swipe up for the next one, and the day ends on purpose with “That’s today.”
My Moments aren’t arriving
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Notifications, then +ve, and check that Allow Notifications is on. A Focus mode can also hold notifications back.
+ve plans about two weeks of Moments each time you open it. If you haven’t opened it for longer than that, open it once and it will plan the next days again.
How do I change my sources or times?
Tap the gear at the top right of the app to open Your light. Choose what lifts you and when you’d like light. Changes take effect straight away.
What does the cloud do?
The cloud at the top left opens What’s weighing on you? Tell +ve as much or as little as you like and it will choose gentler words for a while. Anything you write stays in your iPhone’s Keychain and is never shown to anyone. Choose I’m okay today to return to the usual light and delete what you wrote.
Where are my saved Moments?
Tap the books at the top right to open your Vault. To remove a Moment from it, press and hold, then choose Let it go.
A Moment wasn’t right for me
Press and hold the Moment and choose Not for me, then tell +ve why: wrong tone, seen it, or less of this source. +ve learns from it quietly, on your iPhone.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose +ve. Widgets are free for everyone.
+ve Plus and billing
What do I get with +ve Plus?
Free keeps one Moment a day and up to three sources, forever. +ve Plus widens the day: up to five Moments, every source, your days of light (every Moment you’ve had, by date), and every share style and app icon. It is available yearly with a 14-day free trial, monthly, or once for life.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In +ve, open the gear, then Manage subscription. Or open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase.
I bought Plus but it isn’t showing
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. Then open the gear, tap +ve Plus and choose Restore purchases.
Your data
Do I need an account?
No. +ve has no accounts and no sign-up. It works the moment you open it.
Is my data backed up or synced?
No. Your saved Moments and settings live only on your iPhone, and they aren’t synced to iCloud or sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Because we hold nothing about you, there is nothing left to delete on our side. Our privacy policy has the details.
