Privacy policy
This policy explains how JPX Resolve handles information when you use the +ve app, visit jpxresolve.com, join the +ve Android list, send us a project enquiry or write to us. The short version: we collect as little as we can, and we never sell it.

The +ve app
+ve is designed so that we don’t need to know anything about you. There is no account and no advertising. To learn which parts of +ve help, the app sends anonymous usage counts that can’t be linked to you (see Anonymous usage). On the App Store, its privacy label reads Data Not Linked to You.
What stays on your iPhone
Your choices (sources and times of day), the Moments you save to your Vault, your days of light, and the gentle signals the app uses to tune itself (for example a Moment you marked “Not for me”) are stored only on your iPhone. They are not synced to iCloud and are never sent to us. Home and lock screen widgets read them on the device.
“What’s weighing on you?”
If you tell +ve how you feel, the feelings you choose and any words you write are used only to choose gentler Moments. Your words are stored in your iPhone’s Keychain, on that device only: they don’t sync, they aren’t shown to anyone, and they never reach us. Choosing “I’m okay today” deletes them.
Notifications
Moments arrive as local notifications that your iPhone schedules itself. There is no push server, and we never learn when or whether you read one.
New Moments
From time to time the app downloads new Moments from our content service, hosted by Supabase. Every iPhone downloads the same catalogue, so the request contains nothing about you. Like any internet request, it reveals your IP address to the provider, which may keep short-lived technical logs to run and secure its service. We don’t use this to identify anyone.
Purchases
+ve Plus is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes your payment and manages your subscription, and we never receive your name, Apple ID or card details. The app checks what you’re entitled to with Apple, on your device. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to purchases.
Anonymous usage
The app sends a small number of anonymous usage signals to TelemetryDeck, an analytics service built for privacy. For example: that onboarding was finished and which sources and times of day were chosen, that a Moment was saved, shared or marked “Not for me”, that the +ve Plus screen was shown, and whether a free trial or purchase started. Each signal carries basic context such as the app version, iOS version, device model, language and time zone.
Signals are tied to a random identifier created on your iPhone, which is scrambled (hashed) before it leaves the device, so they can’t be linked to you. They never include your words, the feelings you choose, or the text of any Moment. To stop them, open the app’s Settings and turn off Share anonymous usage. From then on, nothing is sent.
Sharing and crash reports
When you share a Moment, iOS sends it wherever you choose. If you allow sharing with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics, which we use only to fix problems.
Deleting your data
Because everything personal lives on your iPhone, deleting the app deletes your data. Anonymous usage signals can’t be connected to you, so nothing on our side identifies you.
This website
Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes the technical details of each visit (such as your IP address and browser) to deliver pages and protect the site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this website is used: which pages people visit, where they arrive from, how far they read, and whether they tap through to the App Store, join the Android list or send an enquiry. It sets analytics cookies (named _ga) that expire after two months, and reports keep data for two months. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses.
We have turned off Google Signals and every advertising feature, so no advertising or marketing cookies are set, and nothing is used to show you ads. We never send your name, email or anything you type to Google. Analytics never runs on the Android list’s removal page.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics stays off unless you choose Allow in the small notice. Wherever you are, you can change your choice for this browser at any time:
Choices kept in your browser
Your light or dark theme and your analytics choice are remembered in your browser’s local storage, and never sent to us. The playable preview of +ve runs in your browser; when analytics is on, we count that the preview was used, never which feeling you chose.
The +ve Android list
If you join the Android list, we store your email address, the time you joined and the consent you gave. We use them for two things only: a short note confirming you joined, and one email when +ve comes to Android. We rely on your consent to do this.
Your address is stored with Netlify and the emails are sent through Resend. Every email includes a link to remove your address immediately. We delete the whole list within 30 days of the Android launch email, or sooner if you ask.
The +ve iPhone waitlist
The iPhone waitlist closed when +ve launched on the App Store on 29 October 2026. We no longer collect email addresses for it and keep none.
Project enquiries
If you use the project form on our home page, we receive your name, email address, what you’d like us to resolve, your message, and how far along it is if you choose to say. We use them only to reply and to discuss the work you asked about, because you asked us to.
Enquiries are stored with Netlify, which filters spam, and forwarded to our mailbox. We delete an enquiry within 12 months if no project follows, or sooner if you ask.
Emails to us
When you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. Our mailboxes are hosted by Apple’s iCloud Mail. We use your message only to reply and help, and keep it only as long as that, or the law, requires.
Service providers
We share information only with providers who help us run our products, and only what they need:
- Apple: App Store distribution and purchases, iCloud Mail for our mailboxes.
- Netlify: website hosting, the Android list and project enquiries.
- Resend: sending the Android list’s emails.
- Google: website analytics (Google Analytics 4), with advertising features off.
- Supabase: delivering the shared Moments catalogue to the app.
- TelemetryDeck: anonymous usage statistics for the +ve app.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on their contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@jpxresolve.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may contact your local data protection authority.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We protect the little we hold with access controls and encryption in transit, and we keep it only as long as we need it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained on this page.
